With this new service, we can offer our customers a staircase that is entirely assembled in our plant, including supporting walls. To implement this new staircase building process, we had to determine the proper wrapping system. This system provides complete protection for our product. Made of urethane, plastic and K3, it protects the staircase during transportation and home construction. Once construction is complete, the protection system is removed, and the handrails, newels, and balusters are put in place. As this type of staircase is made entirely in our plant, you can expect a high quality product, with a pre-assembled staircase, there is no need for a ladder ; so it is safer and eliminates specialized staircases jobs.
